王元全,博士,博士后,教授,硕士生导师。分别于1998年和2004年于南京理工大学获得硕士和博士学位,并获1998年南京理工大学优秀硕士论文和优秀毕业研究生称号。2006年12月北京理工大学计算机学院博士后出站。主持完成国家自然基金2项,省部级重点基金2项,天津市教委基金1项,天津市科技支撑计划项目1项。1998年4月至2001年8月在工业界从事软件开发和系统集成工作,曾在SCO Unix平台下编写过10万行C语言代码。
国家自然基金通信评议专家,多个省市自然基金通信评议专家。天津市图象图形学学会理事,中国计算机学会计算机视觉专委会委员,国际国内20多个知名期刊的审稿人,如IEEE trans Image Processing, IEEE trans Biomedical Engineering , IEEE trans ITB, Computerized Medical Imaging and Graphics,IEEE Signal Processing letter,Signal processing,IET Image Processing,IET Computer Vision,Neural Computing and Applications,中国科学(F),自动化学报,计算机学报,软件学报等。SCI期刊PLoS One编委(AE)。
作为第一作者或者通信作者发表论文40余篇,基本都被EI检索,SCI检索10余篇,包括国际知名期刊如Computer Vision and Image Understanding , Signal Processing, IEEE Signal Processing Letters等,被Nature Methods等国际论文引用超过200次。
从事的研究方向包括:
1) 医学图像分析,主要是心脏核磁共振图像的综合分析与辅助诊断
2) 社交信号处理,主要是表情/微表情识别,视频心率检测等
3) 图像和视觉计算中的反问题及正则化方法,包括变分法,稀疏和低秩表达
4) 深度学习和贝叶斯规划学习
