李建伟

一、个人简介

李建伟,工学博士,教授,硕士与博士生导师,河北工业大学人工智能与数据科学学院生物信息学与计算医学研究方向带头人之一。中国计算机学会生物信息学专委会委员;中国生物工程学会会员;国家自然科学基金函评专家。2013至2014年在北京大学医学部进行访问学者研究。长期从事医学生物信息学方面研究,现主要研究方向包括:RNA-疾病关联的分析、预测与建模,非编码RNA生物标志物和药物靶点的预测与建模,人工智能算法在生物大数据挖掘中的应用及推广、医学图像分析等。近年来,在国际知名生物信息学类杂志《Nucleic Acids Research》、《Genome Biology》、《Briefings in Bioinformatics》、《Scientific Reports》、《Frontiers in Genetics》、《Frontiers in Bioengineering and Biotechnology》、《IEEE-ACM Transactions on Computational Biology and Bioinformatics》、《BMC Bioinformatics》等杂志发表高水平SCI论文20余篇,发表中文核心期刊论文10余篇。
