王元全

一、个人介绍

博士,教授,硕士生导师。分别于1998年和2004年于南京理工大学获得硕士和博士学位,并获1998年南京理工大学优秀硕士论文和优秀毕业研究生称号。2006年12月北京理工大学计算机学院博士后出站。1998年4月至2001年8月在工业界从事软件开发和系统集成工作,曾在SCO Unix平台下编写过10万行C语言代码。

入驻新华社“瞭望智库专家库”,曾多次参与科技部、工信部科技项目评审和国家自然基金通信评议, 教育部学位与研究生教育评估,商务部中国国际招标网项目评审,天津市公安局第五届特邀监督员,多次参与天津市、重庆市、山西省、河南省、黑龙江等多个省市科技项目科技奖励通信评议。

天津市图象图形学学会常务理事,天津市医学会健康大数据专委会常委,天津市人工智能学会理事,中国计算机学会计算机视觉专委会委员,中国体视学学会智能成像分会委员,中国图象图形学学会生物医学图象专委会委员,中国研究型医院学会肿瘤放射生物与多模态诊疗专委会委员。国际国内30多个知名期刊的审稿人,如IEEE trans Image Processing, IEEE trans Biomedical Engineering,中国科学(F),自动化学报,计算机学报,软件学报等。2018年入选江苏省镇江市“金山英才”计划。

从事图像处理、计算机视觉、深度学习及其在医疗人工智能和目标感知等领域的应用研究。以第一作者或通信作者发表论文40余篇,基本都被EI检索,SCI检索20余篇,被Nature Methods等国际论文引用1000余次。主持国家自然基金3项,主持完成教育部重点项目和天津市重点基金各1项,以及其他项目10余项。
